很高興我們的廚房系列也獲得了廠商爸爸的親睞!而且還是鹹菜平常最愛吃的剝殼蝦仁呢!這次跟凍凍鮮合作要跟大家分享他們平台上的一款「安心手剝蝦仁」不但有兩種尺寸更是超實惠,免去備料前置作業的繁瑣,更吃得出猶如現流一般的新鮮風味!這次要跟大家分享的料理也相當的簡單,而且大家都能輕鬆做出大廚般的風味喔!快跟我們一起看下去吧。

南部風味海鮮粥食材介紹|
凍凍鮮安心手剝蝦仁 特大號 一盒
凍凍鮮手工花枝丸 4-5顆
虱目魚骨 一斤
透抽 一隻
蚵仔 一盒(袋)
芹菜 一束適量
油蔥酥 適量
白米飯 一碗(視人數情況而定)
鹽 白胡椒 適量


生菜蝦鬆食材介紹|
凍凍鮮安心手剝蝦仁 大號 兩盒
美生菜 一顆
薑末(去腥提味)適量
蒜頭(香氣)適量
蔥花 適量
荸薺(口感)3-4顆適量切丁
油條 使用前建議回烤

醃料:
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
太白粉 2茶匙
蛋白 一顆
香油 適量

調味料:
鹽 適量
米酒 少許

蝦鬆料理步驟|
起油鍋爆香蒜末,炒紅醃過的蝦末,
加入少許鹽巴調味,灑上蔥花淋上少許米酒起鍋,
將蝦鬆及切碎的油條盛入美生菜中。
